The Roy Hill project in Western Australia includes upgraded accommodation and shared amenity environments designed for a high-quality workforce village experience. Interior public areas required coordinated architectural elements with clean detailing, consistent finishes and reliable site installation.
YUEXING PROJECT SCOPE
For the Roy Hill project, Yuexing developed and manufactured a custom ceiling light cover solution. The component was coordinated around project dimensions, architectural appearance and installation requirements, then produced, finished and prepared for export delivery.
Bespoke Fabrication / Ceiling Integration / Architectural Finish
The Roy Hill ceiling light cover was fabricated as a project-specific architectural component. Its size, geometry, finishing and connection arrangement were coordinated for the ceiling environment, helping achieve a clean visual result while supporting accurate site installation.
FACTORY PRODUCTION
The custom curved ceiling light covers were produced to the project-specific geometry and dimensions, then finished in white for the final architectural appearance. The four project photos below document the real fabrication process and completed product condition before delivery.
Curved metal sections are fabricated and assembled to reproduce the continuous project-specific profile before the final surface finish is applied.
After finishing, the completed components show the final white architectural surface, continuous curved form and coordinated joint details ready for packing and project delivery.
PACKING & DELIVERY
Finished components are carefully protected, organized and prepared for export transportation, helping reduce handling risk and support safe project delivery to Australia.
SITE INSTALLATION
Following delivery, the custom ceiling light cover components were installed on site and coordinated with the project ceiling geometry. The installation sequence records the component positioning, alignment and integration of the bespoke curved metalwork within the interior space.
